I've personally seen something like this in SF. I saw an unmarked car drive down the wrong side of the street and then they started heading towards a guy walking down the sidewalk. The doors started opening as the car was still moving and police or agents hopped out and ran along the side of the car. The car jump the curb and pinned the guy against the wall. Must have been serious stuff. This video doesn't seem like a super serious matter (that probably would've already shot him) That guy could've died though, if the poll got him in the stomach or something.

 

i think i saw this on like cop chases on tv late one night. something about chicago and the cops had to go to court cuz the family sued them...

thats the bull**** part of it all. the knife guys family sued the cops....
