Yes, but its like plastics and rubber and crap.....and there's no air so its not so much like a bike wheel thing as it is like a plastic/rubber chariot wheel thing =P

Whether it works or not, that's a dead product -- no one is going to let something that ugly near their car, whether it works or not.

The wheelchair and the Centaur are inventions of Dean Kamen, the man who designed the Segway.

That tire is booty. Maybe if they built a sidewall around it so it looked like a normal tire. It would be kind of fun to take it to the car was and be like, Dont forget to Armorall the side walls now!

It's not that ugly...plus, it'll turn into a status symbol to not have sidewalls. Especially if they really work better like Michelin says. Better handling and better comfort? Count me in...besides, I think STi wings and blue LEDs are ugly...hahaha

I like them without a sidewall - once they start designing them with visual asthetics in mind they will look cooler than tires.

I agree that they look ugly, but there is alot of potential there... I imagine that will become a new *bling* thing soon.

And really all you need to do is cover up the sidewall and the see through look is removed.
