Repost, but well worth it. And if this is the one I remember, the chick is hot and has mad skills - which makes her hotter.
You know GT4 is supposed to be "the real driving simulator" or something like that...
and I think even when playing that track with a highly modified car averaging 150 mph, you still take quite a while to complete one lap. Give me a whole new level of respect for that chick!

About that GT4 thing... I know it's VERY close to the real thing, but it's just not real 'enough'. Just watch this vid.

I also remember playing infineon before and after I went to the HPDE at Infineon. It's not the same. I was not able to do what I did on the real track in the game. I was able to play with weight shifting and go into under/oversteer, where I can't do in the game.

Oh man, that was a great vid. If he had had that car on that track for a few more days he would have gotten into the high 1:40’s. he said it himself, if you want to drive a super car at its limit you cant think, you need to just drive the damn thing. If you put aside the obvious differences like the forces of gravity working on your body as you drive around a track, the difference between the real seca and the gt4 seca are minimal. Apart from extremely specific things like where there are pot holes, and where the drainage ditch starts and ends on the side of the track, and of corse the length and width of the turn in and track out curbing (since moto gp came last year) the only real differences are the lack of compression (positive camber) in turn 6, the elevation change from 8 (the corkscrew) and 11 (last turn before front straight) and how shallow turn one is. Its not that far off at all. Him getting lit in turn 11 and dropping wheels or other wise completely missing the apex of 8a is at least 2 seconds right there.
