Thats funny I didn't think I placed blame anywhere in my statement. *Shrug* It IS the owners fault. I have no doubt. When you have a dog that bites people you can't let it out. She said that she has to "...yell at children to run away because he bites." If I was that guy in the suit and I was being attacked by the dog I would have broken it's neck and not given it a second thought. It would be a service to the community. Make no mistake I've trained and owned dogs. I know it's the owners fault. Maybe I'm just upset still since me and my sister were attacked by 2 dobermans when we were 7 and 5 years old.

Solution: Fine owner and distroy dog. Maybe that what I should have said in the first place.
