Thumbs down crushed by weights

Ouch! In the vid it DID look like he was using his thumbs, but then again I can't think of any other way the bar woulda slipped out like that.

That's why I hardly do benchpresses anymore.

Even when I do them I don't do anywhere near my max.

Yeah, or you could just use a machine. I like machines because I can't cheat myself with bad form. I can put up a lot more on the bench just because I can bounce it and flex my nuts but it's bad for you and does nothing for muscle development.

6 years since I joined the gym and actually seriously started lifting.

I used to play tennis and such but then gained weight in college.

Machines are nice and I do prefer them because I can get through a workout faster but if you set your mind to not cheating you actually get a better workout with free weights.

I like to flex my nuts too
