I think it owuld have passed the S2000 in a few more seconds. Defiantly from an even start and probably worse from a dig.
if the wrx had a chance to launch on the s2000, there would be no race... thats where all AWD cars excell so if the wrx was catchin up to the s2k, just think how bad it would be having the wrx get ahead at the begining.. WOW

Fixed

And btw..... my brother has an S2000 that's still NA and it would hand my STi it's ***. Those things are nothing to mess with when modded correctly. He's got a Mugen CAI, headers and exhaust with a Hondata tune, flywheel and clutch, all pulleys and JUN cams and gears. It's a beast.

To all those people who say they are stupid for street racing, they were on empty stretch of wide road, and had camera man a good distance away. seems like they were thinking and didn't want to hurt uninvolved people if shi+ hit the fan. Cuz I know we all mod our cars for strictly track use (RIGHT!). Is street racing a bad idea, yea, but a lot of people say modding cars is too, and having so much HP is such light, cheapish, throwable cars, is a bad accident waiting to happen a lot of people think. I've seen bad accidents, and helped people out of flipped cars, it's dangerous but if you take precautious so if you f up your the only person that is hurtin then you took a calculated risk and lost. I'm all for calling racing on residential or even light traffic roads stupid, but trolling the roads looking for some fun is what the American tuner culture is about, it's illegal, dangerous, and exciting. just my .02. Didn't know we were all making straight out race cars.
