Thumbs up for EQ Tuning
Thought I might write up a little review here from the recent work I had done on my bugeye. The original 2 liter in my bugeye developed some rod knock due to oil starvation from the PO not checking the oil levels... EQ was good enough to take in an outside built motor, complete some head work (including their CNC job), and tune the new motor. The only minor complaint I had is that it took a while for the machine shop to finish up the head work as they were pretty bogged down. Aside from that they were able to get the motor installed in 3 days and worked me in for a tune faster than I thought they would be able to.
And speaking of the tune:

Ed did a great job with this conservative tune, power comes on quick and stays strong throughout. Gives me a big grin whenever I push down the loud pedal.
The whole group at EQ were always very professional and forthcoming whenever I had questions or concerns and were more concerned with getting the job done right and making sure I was happy than anything else.

Thanks Josh. Your car turned out very nice for how conservative we went on the tune. I was also happy to see that our CNC heads still worked very well with the high compression pistons in your shortblock!
Thanks
