well here in san jose.. we do not get heavy rain nor fog to the point in which it would inhibit your view let alone actually need fog lights. Yes, if conditions were bad I could understand but seeing that I don't use my lights for fog, heavy rain or other bad weather conditions this arguement about my lights altering others vision is pointless. Anyone, now will try to argue we have bad weather here in san jose is simply full of "fecal substance". For you to say my car is blinding WITHOUT EVEN SEEING my car in person is pointless. Thanks for the feedback have a nice day and a wonderful 4th of July. PEACE!
Thanks for the heads up as I've been wanting a plug n play kit instead of opening up my 2012 wrx headlamps to do a retrofit . but someone mentioned DDM HID kits .. I know a few forum friends that had bad experience.

i bought mine in 2009 and never had a problem with my HIDS.ddm used to be a good company before they started to ship from china...their customer service SUCKS now and your lights will take forever to get to you.I ordered a new set of bulbs when i got my projectors a couple of months back and i got them like a month later...
You have to do a retrofit. You've completely ignored the reason for why.
I probably will. I know it's not that much from TheRetrofitSource.com a kit built for our cars. Just the thought of opening up new headlights. I did it on my old 2008 Mazdaspeed 3 ( lens swap ) with a help of a friend.
I found this place on Yelp too. The owner and staff was friendly. However, I wished I had stuck to the regular HID kit instead of buying the canbus version which definitely cost an arm and a leg. Reason is that after the install, I actually saw less of the road from my JDM STI headlights than with the Zantec lights the previous owner had. Now, I have to run the headlight leveler at 0 in order to somewhat see. Oh well, good shop still.
