EQ Tuned '05 VF-34 WRX
I promised this review to Ed a loooong time ago... So before two (yes, two) years goes by, I figured I'd throw up a quick post.
Notes:
Power-wise, that's it. As for the tune, not much needs to be said -- my car seems reluctant to make power, but Ed came through admirably. I abuse the crap out of it at track-days; even with 100+ degree heat in mid-summer, session after session, on crap 91-octane, after 2 years, not a hiccup.
Obligatory road dyno plot, which goes with the usual caveats:

I've overlaid the gains at each step; Ed did the TBE tune as well, something like 4 years ago now.
And oh yeah -- thanks Ed!
Notes:
- Conservative tune, with a bias to weekend track-day use on CA 91-octane
- 1 step colder plugs
- Pink injectors, pump and VF-34
- STi TMIC
- 3" TBE w/Prodrive muffler (2.5")
- AccessPORT v1

blast from the past! I saw the title and thought "hmm I haven't tuned an 05 WRX in a little while."I'm happy to see everything is still running well and you're still happy with the tune! Thanks for the belated review!

Thanks
