I thought you were still near San Jose/South Bay so I was going to make the install and tune a 2 day event, but if you're right by them I'll try to make it a one day thing

Yep, we moved to a new place a couple weeks ago and love it out here. It'll be much more convenient for anyone wanting to get work done at LIC and tuning from me on the same day.

Did some diagnosing tonight...

I'm pretty sure my j-hook is bent (thats the one that bolts the DP to the tranny) making it not able to bolt up without damaging the bolt even more. This makes the whole exhaust system have a little more play in it side to side, which is what is making the resonator on my borla knock on something.

In conclusion, the DP does NOT knock, my bent j-hook is the culprit.

I think I'll get a new j-hook from the stealership and let LIC put it on (its a really tight fit to get the nuts on) when they do the other work.
