Jess, actually the free shipping on the larger items doesn't apply to HI.

The difference in shipping cost is just too high for us to be able to include free shipping on big or heavy things like exhuasts, rotors, wheels and what not. Our website is correct in that the Ti mufflers are sold out. We should be getting more early next week. Also, the KB end links will not fit the STi.
