Due to the heavy weight of the springs, the shipping would be about $45 to HI for UPS Ground.

questions: your shift ***** (the smaller 5-speed)...how is it installed? allen wrench screws or does it just thread on the shifter?...and shipping to Hawaii 96819?

Rob,

The Prodrive ***** are internally threaded and screw directly onto the shift lever. The **** is pretty light so we can send it to HI via USPS Priority Mail for pretty cheap. Let me know if you are interested and I can get you a more exact price for shipping.
