some cf hoods are CF with a fiber glass frame
some are a few layers of cf layered ontop of fiber glass
on these if you scratched away the cf you would come to fiberlglass backing.
or did you understand my question and your saying its the latter?

I'm still a bit confused. Are the cf scoops confirmed sti sized or not? Are there any other pics of them installed or just out of the box or something? What kind of quality is the weave? Would it be closer to the N1R or the carbon dynamic hood in terms of quality/ clear coat? Is it UV clearcoated so it won't yellow or fade? Thanks.
