phew.... ok guys. I just got back from a mini honeymoon late last night.
I also finally cleared and returned all my voicemail, so I should be back on schedule returning calls withing 1-2 days of a vmail. In general that is the best way to get a hold of me if you're in any sort of hurry. The number is 650-703-9232. Please feel free to call as I should be much easier to get a hold of now.
I'm now working on returning all the PM's and e-mail and I'm finally making some headway there as well. Thank you all for your patience!

Hey Ed,
Thanks for the great tune and I hope to see you in Vegas. Good luck with all of your future plans etc... Get a tune from Ed, he will take the time to make sure that the tune is right and that your car is happy when he is done.

This sort of thing almost never happens on my trips, but once in a while it may and all I can do is apologize and try to organize the trips better so it does not happen again. I'm sorry you feel mistreated, but its not like I took any money from you or provided a bad service. The scheduling just didn't work out. If you're still interested in a base map or a tune, let me know and we can work something out, otherwise I wish you the best of luck with whatever path you take with your car.
Thanks
