I'm sorry your car got overlooked in Reno. The tuning trips are very different from local tuning because I'm literally tuning for 14+ hours straight for a couple days. I usually don't have time to eat, let alone track someone down. I apologize I didn't get a hold of you just prior to leaving, but once I'm in Reno I have to prioritize my time. So when I have a line of customers with big setups waiting for 2 custom tuned maps each, I can't stop what I'm doing for 30 minutes to try to track down your info to get you to come out for a base map flash.

This sort of thing almost never happens on my trips, but once in a while it may and all I can do is apologize and try to organize the trips better so it does not happen again. I'm sorry you feel mistreated, but its not like I took any money from you or provided a bad service. The scheduling just didn't work out. If you're still interested in a base map or a tune, let me know and we can work something out, otherwise I wish you the best of luck with whatever path you take with your car.
