any body know the exhaust db limit in new york or any other states? i used to hate gettin ****ed with by the cops for my exhaust when greddy is a 50 state legal exhaust but i couldnt argue with them cause i didnt know the damn limit!

I know for sure that the damn harleys are a hell of alot louder and they drool when they see them instead of pulling them over.

 

Motorcycles and many classes of trucks are totally exempt from exhaust limits and noise limits. They really take advantage of that here in Arizona -- a LOT of trucks out here just run straight pipes (no cats of any kind, giant 4" pipes) and many of the motorcycles are excruciatingly loud.

There is no limit in NY as long as your have you CAT CONv. If you get a ticket just get a receipt from stating that you've change the exhaust to stock. and then show up to court.
