Goddam, Krinkov, your location is quite disturbing....I approve.
Anyway, I lived in SR from 1975 to 1987, and every year 101 became more & more BullScheiße.
Every year, "they" would want in widened, and every year they said next year.

I dont think its bullsh*t at all. Im sure at least 1/2 of us have worked some type of btich work/construction, had to by steel toe boots and get seriously injured on the job. I was pinned between a 1' metal pipe and a hydrolic boom lift. ive been knocked out by a 20 lb post pounder at full swing. SH*T happens.
Its completely unnecessary for 12 past where it connects to the 101... They already hide out right after the Stony exit and pick people off daily, now they can double fine people when its nowhere near any construction.
yea it wouldnt be bad at 55 because ppl normally drive slower than that all the time anyway but now that it actually says 55 ppl go even slower than they were before. makes me want to have my bike again.

Basically since the 101 Santa Rosa construction started, I have found it is much better to take the sidestreets and stay the hell off the freeway. Even before it started, you could never get up to that speed anyways. Honestly I'm far more pissed off at having down town santa rosa cut in half. It totally screws up my flying goat coffee runs. I had to come up with a completely new alternate route.
