For the both of you... I dont think I have butted into any NASIOC forums to state my opinion why I dont post there, so I do find it odd that this website has attracted your un-wanted attention. Texas I-Club is growing, whether it takes days to reply to a thread or not right now is of little concern. Just settle down and eat your pancakes because everyone I have referred to this site is still learning the ropes and some of them dont even have posting access yet. I (myself) just got here to the state almost 2 months ago and its going to take me longer than a week or so to bring traffic to this site. Hardly anybody knew about it and I came to find out that it is considered regional preference. More people that you know might prefer NASIOC right now but I got this situation under control and soon we will all get along. I have a life and a job and a wife and many other things going on to get in the way of establishing a well-known I-club name for us here in Texas but I am going to rock Houston and you can both be my guests and watch it grow before your very own eyes. It's sad that you dont know me in person because I am starting to become very popular and people are attracting to I-Club slowly but surely just be patient and watch.
We also dont need this thread alive much longer.. Hopefully the dumpster will come around soon.

 

Whatever way you want to take it.. go back to your own forums with that crap baby language "chicken grease" whatever.. omg I can't believe you said something so stupid. that really made my day. I hate how the word NASIOC just leaves a bitter taste in the mouth from people like you. I was on I-club soley up until I left Hawaii. I registered on NASIOC because there were links from here to there for some information. Since Nasioc maintained the original content it has much more information. It also has a larger user base. There are many people that float between Nasioc and I-club like me. I really think Nasioc is bigger, and better. There are two regions were I-club has 95% of it's user base: the bay area, and Hawaii. There are a few people scattered all over, but look at the other regional forums. The midwest forum gets 1 post every month or so. Dan, before you get all high and mighty about your post count listen here, you are as much of a newb if not more so than people with 15 posts. You post whored in a rediculous "shock and awe" style for 3 weeks straight to reach the post count you have. Please post a link to 1 or 2 of your 480 (as of 4/20/05) posts that is informational or gives some useful Subaru knowledge to your fellow forum members. I'm not old school or anything like that, but I learned a lot on this forum about my car; I have also given a lot back too. The thing is most Nasioc users don't give a flip about anything on I-club because there is little of use here to them. All of the information here is represented better over there. I'm just trying to be brutally honest here. This squabaling is rediculous. We are all subaru fans, owners or both.

 

Ive always popped in here every few months. I came in after hrp because the guy with the white sti w/graphics asked about local autoxs and I know hes over here(I guess that was you?). But how is any attention from people who drive subarus in Texas unwanted attention for the TEXAS i-club?

 

Dan can be a pain sometimes. He is a good guy. He was my neighbor for a while. Just give him a chance, and try to help him out. That is what I do. Dan, if you ever want to know about your car it is a good idea to go over to Nasioc, because that is where the most information is.

 

Yeah, Dan is good at pissing people off, but he doesn't mean to be.
