Your children will be speaking chinese

Washington Times Article:
http://www.washingtontimes.com/natio...3400-7322r.htm

tidbit:
"For the first time since the report was produced in 2000, the Pentagon presented several assessments showing China may not evolve as a peaceful international power.
China's growing nationalism, an expanding military that proliferates arms to rogue states and a government that is still adapting to stronger roles give it the potential to be a threatening power.
"In the future, as China's military power grows, China's leaders may be tempted to resort to force or coercion more quickly to press diplomatic advantage, advance security interests, or resolve disputes," the report said.".... really

We'd lose a Politically Correct war with them right now.... we are so screwed

I realize there are alot of people around here with extensive infantry experience, but speaking strictly from a naval standpoint as long as it remained conventional we would pound China all the way back to Mongolia from hundreds of miles away.

you dont know too much about China's 1000000 man army, do you? China would retaliate hard. That is one enemy that would be hard to take down.

Did you read the above article? They've been buying and stealing technology as fast as they can... those little sneaky bastages will figure out a way ..

Once they kick our butts with our own technology, they could just fly here and take over.

I'm totally serious. We definetly should be aware of China and the next few years are vital. But don't think PACOM is just going along blindly thinking that China is just some country across from Japan.
