Don't be so ignorant. Go read The Art of Dialogue.

It's clear you don't even understand the function of moderator.

This is not the International Debate Club. It's i-Club, and it's run by Alex. We do what Alex wants us to do because it's his board. You're trying to apply a definition of a word to our duties that is inapplicable.

Moderating is an art form, not a duty!

You are completely mising the point here. I understand the point you are trying to make, but it is not applicable here. We are not moderating Presidential debates here. We are here to enforce the rules of the forum on the rare occasions that is needed, and to encourage and develop discussion within the forums.

got it... got it.. got it... I was merely being sarcastic at the end there.

I think the point was clear though..... moderators don't seem to play the conventional moderator role in this forum... that's all.

ok now, bye-bye then.

Moderating consists of deleting spam, deleting threats and other similar crap, merging/splitting threads, stickying, etc. Now doing that and also voicing your own views should not be hard and I believe that the 2 moderators of this forum will have no trouble with that. I also believe that theres no point in giving them so much trouble about it. Actions speak louder than words. Give them the chance, and I'm sure they'll prove themselves and make you all happy. Also, a simple suggestion: You moderators have a special section, use it ...I'm sure there will be a few threads that if you edit you will take some **** for. So if you think that might happen, get the opinions of your fellow moderators before editing them. Just my $0.02...Good Luck!
