in this day and age it seems that blame is going to the media too much

experts say that the media is the cause of many of societies problems with youth today but i disagree and the government should not be injected into the problem to fix it because the only way the government knows how to fix problems is to put more restictions on the public

i understand that people with kids have problems with what there kids see on tv and at the movies but as their parents it is THEIR responsibility to ensure that they do not see anything that they cant understand on be explained to them

yes the superbowl half-time show was unavoidable and yes that should not have happened but a child watching South Park I would consider worse than the afore mentioned half second event

and because of that of one action the government (FCC) is trying increase censorship of not just network but also cable

yes the government should censor some of what the media broadcasts but the end decision is made by the watcher
