The real answer is neither Democrat nor Republican; they are, in fact, two sides of the same coin. They work to keep each other in power and to suppress any other viable options. Look at what the DNC did to try to keep Ralph Nader off the ballot in California and Texas. Hell, in 2000 the RNC tried to knock McCain off the ballots in half of New York because they wanted their boy Bush in office.
Want to blame someone? Look in a mirror. Next time, don't vote to keep the "other guy" out--vote your conscience. Whether you vote Democrat or Republican, you're perpetuating a flawed system. Both parties want big government, they just package it differently. Democrats want to tax you for useless and ineffective social programs, Republicans want to tax you for war.

this stimulus package is pretty much saying "hey all my credit cards are pretty much maxed out let me go ahead and max them out some more here"

also this legislation has been billed and described as a transportation and infrastructure investment package but only three percent($30 billion) of this package is for road and highway spending.
the bill has too much pork, the good thing is the tax cuts for businesses however.
