Souter exit to give Obama early mark on Supreme Court
Who will Barry select as a nominee?
US Supreme Court Justice David Souter said Friday he will retire this year, in a move that gives President Barack Obama an early opportunity to name a replacement and put his stamp on the high court.
There's a lot to be said about this. Fillibuster proof congress, liberal supreme court, socialist chief. Illegal Amnesty? No term limits? 2nd Amendment? 1st Amendment? This is serious ish....

Are you crazy? You do realize that in the first 100 days in office, this adminstration has federalized insurance co, banks, housing, healthcare, investment firms, automotive industry, etc. 6 in one hand, half a dozen in the other.
