Thanks, I am quitting with my Fiance and our friend.

Last time I quit I was alone and all my friends were still smoking so I only lasted about 9 months.

I figure with support from two other people we can help each other.

In either case though, we are going to stock up on Sunflower seeds, gum and toothpicks.

Try sunflowers - they aren't as bad.

If you do try gum though, don't chew on an empty stomach - all you'll do is eat through your stomach lining.

I don't like quit smoking aides for 2 reasons:

1. They cost MORE than cigarettes, and if you are strapped for cash (which 90% of smokers are already) you are more apt to stop buying them and just start smoking again (if you're going to pay the same price - why not?)

2. You really are just trading in paying one company for nicotine for another one; the best and most effective way to quit smoking is to just stop and not buy any packs and not smoke. Cold turkey.

Wow so I guess this means they have the Violent crime, illegal immigration, budgetary issues all ironed out in LA huh, now that they have fixed those issues they can concentrate the real bane to society.. Smokers!
