Whoops I was wrong. You are an *******.
Hhahaha, yeah - usually the nicer i have to be here at work the meaner i am to salty, its some weird ratio thats been in effect since the forum started.

I'm not sure, but I think that he would'nt have said that
if it weren't for Salty's own willingness to make similar biting, personal attacks.
More or less. It's my bad for sorta melting them all together, and since salty is the most vocal...
When you have dudes like oaf saying he wishes our parents would have aborted us...

I did that... and Salty and I discussed why it was like that...

his actions resurrected a question I had earlier this morning: People act like such stupid babies on here and just about all of you don't think very critically...so... why the hell are you on here? So I thought, if you're just going to close a thread, stop a conversation in its tracks, then why bother posting? So I made a poll out of it.

Nothing personally inflammatory intended at all.

Nothing is wrong with it, however - you need to be aware of how much weight you really have to throw around before you do it.
Its an internet forum. It's not real life. If you want to e-thug because you think you're a badass moderator - then good for you, it doesnt mean **** the second you walk away from the keyboard. And this isn't a macho threat or whatever - I'm simply saying that getting all rough and tough in a cheezy internet forum is a dorky thing to do. The simple fact is we would all get along outside of i-club.
Thats all i mean.

is he right ?
Is he right in wishing that? Is he right when he thinks that he wishes that? What is the question?

I love how you confuse being an e-thug with consistency in the forum, active participation and decent arguing.

If anything, Dre was more of an e-thug for calling out Helladumb in that one thread. Yet, I hear nothing about that.... why? By the way, who made the personal attack in this thread first?

It should not make a difference around here if someone is a mod or not. When people start whining about Eric and his posts and complain that he is a mod, only shows that they cannot make a good argument against his statements and have to revert to the lowest level of name calling to try to win an eFight

Is that really the lowest level of name calling? Saying that becoming a mod on an OT forum of a car website isn't a life acheivement? I would think that there have been alot "lower" bouts of name calling on this board.

Oh yes - thanks, i like the spellcheck tactic, it's really the easiest way to make someone look stupid. I've been trying to stay away from it, as its sort of a cheat.

I vaguely(sp) remember the "abortion" comment...can you give me a link?
Maybe I need to clarify something.
