Also, these guys aren't officially prisoners, they are just being detained which means you can take pictures of them all you want... Prisoners of war and such are different.

FYI,
I am a U.S. Air Force Staff Sergeant. 10 Selfless years in the military. I've served in 3 tours in Iraq and two in classified areas. During 2006, I was awared the Army Commendation Medal, and a COIN from a 4 Star General Ranger, and conducted Personal Security For General Honore, President Bush, Condoleeza Rice, and etc. . . I've never been trouble and commanded over 5 thirty man teams, which all came back a live. . .
That's just a spec of what I've done. . . .
SO IF THERE IS ANYONE ELSE THAT HAS THEIR FEELINGS HURT BY THIS, I'D BE HAPPY TO TAKE IT DOWN. . . . and i will still <3 i-club. . .

This wasn't for entertainment. This is a perfect example of how we treat "SUSPECTED" insurgents. We don't cut their heads off, or pose them naked. We actually provide them food, shelter, clothing, and medicine, then take them to court. Read the Geneva Convention First before you express your thoughts. Let's remember, I didn't post any specific details of this event. For all you know, it maybe have been a training exercise that kuwaitis helped us out with. . .who knows? Conduct a search of pictures from any war, this experience that I shared is nothing to what else is on the net. This isn't any more different, than cops arresting someone on TV.
In one light you could be right. And your opinion is fine. It is people like you that do help keep the wrong types of things out of the public view. I suggest taking yourself out of that tunnel vision. Seek to learn, before you can be understood.

If you want to complain about your divorce or shoulder, feel free, that's what BAIC is for, but you say "Let's just say, we found the guys who were firing motors and rockets at us"
Sorry, but you didn't. You found the people who you SUSPECT "Were firing motors and rockets at us". Big difference.
If you want to argue the point over whether it is ethical for you to post pictures of suspects on a Subaru forum just sent me your unit number and we'll consult the people who know.
Otherwise keep your trophy pictures to yourself.

Honestly, he/she can say yes or no. Depending on the evidence at hand. The fact of the of the matter is there is no hard evidence of what this situation is. Could it be real? or is it fake? Could it be a rocket/mortar training exercise? Who knows? There is a reason why I don't disclose any details...There is a reason why there isn't any pictures of me with apprehending any of those individuals there is a reason why you cannot see any american face in detail.
Your right I didn't find anyone. The MWD Bomb Dog did, by smelling the residue. . .or maybe it was the Unmanned aerial aircraft that was over them videotaping their every move while we advance forward as the others flanked. . .
As for the pictures being unethical, if they are to you, then I have no problem taking them down.

I support you guys, I respect you guys, you are dealing with stuff that most of us can't comprehend. The situation over there is so messed up it's beyond description, you have my thanks and respect.
I just get offended when I see Iraqis, some of them kids, with frightened looks on their faces being showcased as entertainment on a car forum.

I have a ton of friends/family in the military. He did not violate anything. He didnt give details, he didnt give area. he didnt show american faces. he wasnt posing with them. He didnt have leashes tied around their neck and he wasnt throwing them off a cliff.
My question i pose to you is, how do you know they were iraqi, how do you know they werent kuwati, how do you know they werent iranian, how do you know glenspen... fact is you dont. Do your self a favor go buy a soldier a beer, thank him for letting you ***** about **** like some pictures, cuz if it wasnt for him you might be dead, turn around and walk the **** away.
