Wow, big difference in the way you look now. You def filled out a lot more.

 

i enlisted at 145- now i fluctuate between 173 to 198 depending on how often i workout

 

Oh, not that much of a difference but still a noticable amount.

Haha, sorry I was just thinking cuz of myself. I was about the same 145 then I started working out again. I'm up to about 165 or so. Reason I said not much is cuz if you have seen me I look hella skinny so the 20lbs doesnt even seem like I gained it.. I'm still working on it though.
