Instead of plotting against the white man this idiot should be slamming their local government. He should also be implementing some type of system to help families purchase two rafts (one for people and one for supplies) and swimming lessons. Never thought I'd see the day when a blackman decides to blame others except himself. I'll go ahead and mark that one off my list of "things I must see before I die."
