Sucks...I say again, though...we didn't see what had happened prior to that, and we didn't see the scene from the officer's POV.

Even so, I can't imagine any possible situation prior to that clip that would warrant that shooting. That cop had complete control of his suspect at that very moment, and shot him anyways.

Time will tell, but from what little I saw, the shoot was not justified.

There's no way that shooting was legitimate. The fact the officer placed a bullet in various parts of the body shows little control and panic, especially at such close range.
