If it does manage to stay out of Hezbollah's hands then that would be great as it would take away those Muslims that can be bought by Hezbollah with Iran's money. Although I honestly doubt this money will stay out of their hands...

Some of it will end up in some terrorist's hands but alot of it will help to rebuild I bet. It is a fine line to walk. Are people not supposed to give aid because there is a possibility of some falling in the wrong hands. I just can't agree with that line of thinking.

True, but I don't think any of these countries should have any say when Hezbollah throws the first stone... again.
