Cliffnotes: Moore suggests Bush is still a liar on the presence of WMD in Iraq even though the 9/11 commission report suggests he didn't know any better and was acting on poor intelligence. O'Reilly explains this to him and Moore stands his ground and makes BS analogies to back his false claims.
