P.S. He's scum, I just don't give a crap about making a huge media issue out of it because of his ridiculous political extremism. If we don't make huge stories out of Joe Kiddietoucher, why would you expect national coverage of a guy who is looking at photos that may or may not even be pornographic in nature? Becaue of his politics? Gee, that's not biased...

Yeah, the media isn't biased... ACLU (dem) article gets buried... How about Mark Foley? He's only a lowly FL Representative who had sexual conversations with an underage male teenager. Do you really think that this would have not received national coverage if he weren't a Republican?

The guy is a "Former ACLU Chapter President and Youth Sports Coach" Doesn't really hold the same weight as US Senator

I think a better question is why and how to pedophiles keep getting themselves into coaching/teaching professions where they have direct contact with children? That is the real issue here.

But yeah I bet there is some huge conspiracy........

GRAB THAT TIN FOIL HAT!!!!

Mark Foley is an extremely important public figure. Charles Rust-Tierney is not. Why would either one's politics matter? I didn't claim that the media doesn't have bias (it does, but it goes both ways) I said this story is not a matter of national attention, because this is just another pedophile. Mark Foley was not.

Why not?

And for everyone else: He was not a Senator, he was a REPRESENTATIVE of the 16th District of FL. Florida's senators at the time were: 1) Mel Martinez, R and 2) Bill Nelson, D.
