There for he should be let off the hook of any responsibility because he has a very low grasp of the english alnguage and he likes to wear cowboy hats and read comics. Based on this news, I wouldn't be surprised if we know the location of Osama and other "Big-Fish" terrorists. Maybe the Bush Admin is waiting for the greenlight for capture as a "political chess move" before the elections? *cues x-files*
