What's wrong with that statement? If you've ever taken a public speaking you would know that he has pretty good public speaking skills. He's adjusting to his audience, the general population of America. He makes it sound like he's talking to you face to face, like you're old buddies from the playground.

 

I think it is the content of GWB's statement that he quoted that should get the most attention. The whole "no-one anticipated the breach" thing.
