It's rediculous, and not even funny. It just clarifies what a horrible job the State of LA did at preparing and reacting to the Storm.

But yeah, everyone did a **** poor job when it came to preparing for the storm. As well as what some did after the storm made landfall.

What's wrong with that statement? If you've ever taken a public speaking you would know that he has pretty good public speaking skills. He's adjusting to his audience, the general population of America. He makes it sound like he's talking to you face to face, like you're old buddies from the playground.
