What a nut...well at least some engineer is gonna make $100,000 to do some analysis that probably won't turn out to be too difficult. What's funny is that if he has to pay engineers to 'prove' what the government says, it means that he himself is most likely not an engineer...so he dismisses gov't engineers opinions based on what...a 'feeling'?
