Iraq? It looks like an Iraqi insurgent and a palistinean soldier(dressed in a western uniform) stomping on an Israeli flag.

This picture was taken at a Mujahideen training camp inside of Afghanistan. It was one of the same camps the CIA covertly exploited in order to counter the Soviet Union. It is also one of the same camps used by Al Qaeda and Saddam to train Iranian defectors to go back to Iran and spy for him.
Just thought the mural was very powerful.
