I'm not statistics guru, but if I'm reading this right, 3 out of every 100 people in Jamaica are murdered. 6/100 in Columbia (not too surprising.)

It looks like it's a good thing Alex left the former USSR when he did.

Japan is awfully low. So, not only would I be able to possibly drive some of my dream cars and have first dibs on all of the high tech gadgets, I wouldn't get offed neither.

Total military expenditures
Mil expenditure (per capita)
Relatively low - Expenditures vs. GDP
...relatively considering we're in the midst of war.
