Good News... Marine Pantano Charges Dropped

http://www.cnn.com/2005/LAW/06/03/ma....ap/index.html

I heard about this a few weeks ago, and not sure if anyone cares, but I think this is good news.

I hope he gets his honorable discharge.

Good news.

There wouldn't have been any controversy if it wasn't for that sign. If it takes a sign to be hung from the neck of an insurgent ******* to motivate you and your Marines then fine by me! I would have put another controlled pair into his chest for good measure before I advanced beyond him.

America is riddled with entirely too many limp-wristed pansies. They insist to they know better when they’ve never even fathomed how they’d truly react in a hostile environment. But alas, they once read about in the history section of the local Barnes and Noble with their fat asses molded into the leather sofa. The only thing within arms reach of them is an iced latte, not an M-4 carbine.

True... he was definitely in war mode and must have forgot to follow politically correct rules of engagement. It's really too bad, because I think it's a powerful motto (no better friend, no worse enemy).

Nevertheless, I'm glad that his stupid error did not overshadow his entire life as a great american an warrior. He and his family have gone through enough, and I hope this is the end of it.
