The lovely way that our government passes bill's.
And we wonder why peoples voting records don't always match up. It's because their not voting against the spirit of the bill their voting against the little things that get added in afterwards.

I wish some enterprising Congressmen/Senator would slip a rider (that's what they're called) requiring all future riders to be directly related to the bill being voted on.
