Seems like bad artwork for the message. Would you rather not have air marshals on planes? I don't understand how addressing the fact Police are on buses makes a "police state"? As if the Police were somehow forbidden from riding buses and incapable of acting off-duty before this poster.

 

Not as bad as the bomb detector posters on Bart.

 

It has everything to do with the video surv. in the UK. (the cops on buses isnt any different then it was before)
