It's a weird thing that these types of contracts are even thought of. Are you telling me that there isn't an American company or people that can do this job? And if there is, and our economy is so-so and we're concerned about safety, WHO THE HELL SUGGESTS DEALS LIKE THIS!?!

Exactly my point for the while Dubai ordeal. We've put women and housewives to work in old sewing machine factories during WWII to produce weapons and ammo for the war effort within days! But for some reason we just can't seem to find a worthwhile workforce or competent organization to conduct these checks? Bull****
