Getting back on topic... maybe he's going to reveal a new VP candidate? Cheney isn't exactly up to par regarding health.

 

You know, I have thought about that. After Cheney rubbed the far-right wing the wrong way with his statements about gays, one could only wonder if he was starting to positions himself out of the picture.

A Bush / McCain ticket?

 

omg that would suck.....

dont think mcain woudl do it to be honest he just doesnt seem to vibe with bush, and i couldnt see him working with him much beyond photo ops..

 

I think it would suck too but i'm also hopeful for it to happen.

If McCain took the offer I’d loose some of my respect for him for taking Bush's side. On the other hand, I’d want him in as VP so he could help steer the administration in the proper direction and give his .02.

I'd be much happier if it was McCain/Bush instead of the other way around.

 

That would be a republican dream ticket if you ask me. I think they would definately win the white house again with that. Hell I could be swayed to vote for bushy if McCain was on the ticket. I don't know tho...Tough call. I agree with Salty though I would lose some respect for the guy for siding with Bush.
