new end links necessary with bigger sways?

i have an 09 wrx, and i'm about to get new front and rear sway bars. both are cusco. the front is 23mm and the rear is 20mm. i've read some places that if the bar is too big, the stock end links could break. i've read some places that you don't really need upgraded end links if you're willing to lose some of the effectiveness of the bigger sway bars.

do you guys think, considering the size of the new bars (21mm -> 23mm on front, 16mm -> 20mm on rear), that i should consider getting new end links too? this is mostly from a safety perspective, like with things breaking or snapping while i'm driving

thanks in advance for any guidance

I'm running Whiteline 24/22 on my 2011 with the stock endlinks and they work perfectly fine. The endlinks on the newer subarus are metal not plastic so they can withstand the bigger bar.
