Would just upgrading the endlinks help any?
I'm not planning on Auto-xing the car, but compared to my old Neon RT (w/ struts, springs, and bushings), the WRX just isn't quite cutting it. Not that it's bad, I just wish it was a little more responsive.
Well, I'm trying to maximize the fun factor on limited funds, and was wondering if just upgrading the endlinks is even worth it. I'm also looking at some pink springs and new tires (God, I can't wait much longer for tires).
So, should I just bite the bullet and get the swaybar too?

One tip is to break it in/get used to it on the middle setting, that way you can back off or bump up the bar rate as you see fit...
Sorry I didn't get here sooner.
Endlinks alone do make a nice difference.
However, as you said doing it right the first time is always best if you can afford it

I have the Perrin RSB and endlinks on my 04. What a difference. No more understeer. I did not like it with the stock tires though. The addition of these parts made the inequities of the stock tires very eveident. They suck. Get tires next and you should be out handling your old neon with ease.
I agree as well. Tires will make a bigger difference than the sway bar. My first mod to my car was new rims and tires, then I sold them and ended up getting the sway bar and endlinks before i got my new set of rims and tires.
