Will lowering springs cause rubbing issues? (was: suspension question)

If i were to get new springs to lower my car, and handle better ,would i have to worry about rubbing and being too low if i have friends in the car?

go with espelir asd springs they ride pretty good w/ stock shocks but stock springs are the best for comfort

I have the S.Tech's and there is lots of rub because they are so soft.
