If you're limited to using 16" wheels, you might want to check out slotted rotors from DBA. For a lighter weight, two-piece design, DBA also has their 5010. StopTech also makes a replacement slotted rotor for the WRX (you are asking about WRX rotors, aren't you?).

Rotors are only part of the brake system. Tire and brake pad choice are also very important for good brake performance, maybe more so from what you can fit under 16" wheels.

Do you intend to go racing, other than drag racing?

Best rotors.......

If you go to ALMS , Grand Am, Cart, IMSA, SCCA Speed World challenge races, you will consistently see PERFORMANCE FRICTION rotors and pads, next you'll see Coleman rotors.

These are the real deal, not all these "sport compact" advertised barely good for the street stop light to stop light stuff. If you want to do it?,..do it right, PF and PAGID RS4S pads work great together.

just my .02 cents worth.....

Rotors....

Brembo is the hot ticket for oem replacement, but for durable race rotors and track rotors, most work benches in the pits at the pro races are PFC. Brembo is great stuff for the mild upgrade with
some track use, maybe used with some Mintex, or Metal Masters, the low budget regulars.

What about DBA rotors and StopTech direct replacement rotors? I know that there are lot of people that use the DBAs.
