What is the best Lowering spring?
I want to get it lowered but I only want springs now cus the dough factor isn't playin in my favor at the moment. What all has to be done after the installation of springs any way? Will I have any excessive tire wear? And will it look weird with factory wheels?

Eibach springs have a moderate drop, and work with OEM struts. They won't upset your alignement much, and they have camber kits to take care of what little there is. Unless you want to spend big bucks on Prodrive P! or a really good coilover kit, the Eibach/KYB combo is pretty darn good for the money- you can get the whole kit for less than $700, plus shipping/installation.
EDIT: By the way, Eibach has kits for all Imprezas, so year/model doesn't matter. Just specify when ordering.

TireRack has the Eibachs for GC8 for about $245+shipping, and there's usually a set of KYBs on eBay for $375, INCLUDING shipping. I highly doubt anybody can match the KYB price, but I have seen the Eibachs cheaper occasionally. Gruppe-S had the best price, but they may not be stockin gthem anymore.

OK, I forgot when I was posting before, but BlowOffRacing here on i-Club quoted me the same $375 on the KYBs last month. And, since we like to keep it all in the family here, I'm stating that I am officially going to get mine from him.

WRX owners, rejoice!
This is a hell of a deal, even with shipping added in. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=1876023594
