when i drive local... there is this metal sound coming from the front left wheel... sounds like something is loose but ive looked at it before and i dont see anything loose... the sound comes when i go over bumps and when im at the end of a stop.. also when i take off. the sound comes and goes... anyone have any idea what might be the problem or where i should start investigating... thanks

 

dude i have the same problem but i cant tell where its com ing from... the only suspension mods i have is tien s-tech springs... if anyone can help us out!! PLEASE!!!

 

well there is also some squeeking sound sometimes.. i know thats the spring.. the previous owner swaped out for coilovers before... could it be a bad install? also xhengmanx did you ever bring yur car to a shop... the sound start to happen after i brought it to a shop...if u dont feel like naming names.. pm me... thanks

 

well i didnt bring the car to a shop but more of like i brought it to my school (wyotech) and did it myself i had my instructors inspect the shocks n strings and had them make sure it was mounted right and they said it is perfect and i went to install them back in... but after bout 2weeks it started to make a squeaking noise when i turn or take off from a stop or shift

 

well the problem is fixed... haha loose bolt on control arm =\

prob got loose after a while... since last owner swapped out coilovers
