unintentional abs shutoff
ok, so i just mentioned this in a post in another topic, but i want to know if anyone can explain why this happens or has had the same problem. for the last 6 months my abs has been prone to shutting off. and by prone i mean if i flair my tail out with either e-brake or powerslide off abs goes. i think it's awesome when i'm playing cause when i'm messing around in gravel pits i can lock my wheels up completely with my feet, but it has also started happening when i drive hard on pavement now. or even just take a corner hard. i don't really like that. i know that abs is for girls and everything, but it's nice not to have it shutting off when you don't expect it to.

Its off or just off sometimes? Have you felt it kick in at all? If you have not felt it at all, check the fuse/relay.

Is this the infamous ABS pedal-sinking phenomenon? Where you brake over road that is bumpy or gravelly and the brake pedal feels like you'd lost hydraulics?
