yup ... those are it. The only thing that is hard to tell is, if they are US, JDM or Vishnu spec'd valving.
I had a set of JDM and they are a bit stiffer than my Vishnu valved units. You may want to back down the spring perch to see what the spring rates are. I for street/track use, I wouldn't recommend anything greater than a 1K difference. (my street setup front 7K/ rear 6k ... track 9K/9K).
